Due to the nature of our products being perishable and made to order, we do not offer returns. Our flowers are market fresh each day, meaning if you pre-order you will receive the bunch we create on the day you have selected. The images provided serve as a guide only to the size and colours you may receive however the exact contents of your bouquet or arrangement will differ subject to seasonal availability. We will only use the freshest, highest quality blooms for your order.
