Sleep Honey is a deep sleep syrup intended to put you to sleep, and keep you asleep throughout the whole night. It is intended to relieve any signs and symptoms of insomnia and anxiety. It acts to reduce sleep latency, wakefulness during sleep, and calm the nervous system.

INGREDIENTS: *Honey, Purified Water, Ethanol, *Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), *Hops (Humulus lupulus), *Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), *Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), *Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)

*Certified organic 

HOW TO USE: Start with 1 teaspoon, 1-2 hours prior to bedtime. Continue with this dosage nightly for a week, and then you can take less, or up to 1.5 tablespoons. Be intuitive with this! Do not exceed the recommended dose.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Since the honey and ethanol make a double preservative, there is no need to refrigerate!
